Francesco Bianchi

Born in Pistoia in 1956, after major formative experiences in Paris and London, in 1983 he joined Morgan Grenfell in London and became Managing Director of the Milan office from 1986 to 1991. In 1992 he was Managing Director of Bankers Trust Company, 1993-1996 Adviser to the liquidator Efim in the sale of the companies belonging to the group Efim. From 1996 to 1998 he was Deputy Director of Cariplo and Head of bank holdings of the group, from 1998 to 2008 Managing Director of Banca Intesa and Head of the International Division of the strategic development of the group. From 2009 to 2014 he was Managing Director of H7 SpA of Milan, financial consulting firm in the field of corporate finance.

Francesco Bianchi was appointed Extraordinary Commissioner of the Fondazione Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino February 1, 2013. His name was mentioned July 11, 2014 by the Board of Trustees chaired by the Mayor of Florence Dario Nardella and councilors Mauro Campus, Victoria Franco, Micaela Le Divelec Lemmi in the list of three names as provided by the Law no. 112, 7 October 2013.
