Rights of the Data Subject
We collect information from you when you register on our crowdfunding landing page and subscribe to our newsletter.
As Data Subject, your personal data, will be processed by the Data Processor in compliance with the provisions of the applicable law, which is the Italian Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (cd. “Privacy Code”).

Place of data processing
Data processing takes place at the premises of the Foundation and of its I.T. service provider (…). Only authorized staff or occasional maintenance staff may manage processing. The I.T. service provider has an autonomous data processor status and liability.
Types of data processed
When registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, sex, age, e-mail address, mailing address, contact details. These data are contact details required in order to receive the newsletter.
In addition, it is possible that you send us your personal data in order to receive news or information. In such case, the voluntary and explicit submission of data to this website involves the lawful acquisition of the sender’s data and any other data included in the message.
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
